The tuna dip can be easily made in less than 10 minutes and is a good starter to a picnic or a lavish meal. It can be served with bread sticks, crackers or fresh bread.
Ingredients
480 grams canned tuna ( sunflower oil ) |
4 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
100 grams cooked shrimps (optional) |
50 grams cheese spread |
1/2 tablespoon paprika (optional) |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
Open the canned tuna and drain the sunflower oil. Place all the ingredients (except the shrimps) in a blender and process the ingedients until smooth.
Pour the dip in bowl. If using shrimps, defrost the shrimps by pouring warm water onto the freezing shrimps. Change water until the shrimps have been thawed. Add the shrimps to the dip and fold into the dip. Garnish the dip with paprika (if using) and lemon. Place in the fridge and serve cold.
