Cheese ball dip recipe very easy and quick recipe, perfect to serve as a starter along with crackers. It can be prepared up to 2 days before serving.
Ingredients
600 grams cream cheese |
3 spoons Worchester sauce |
3 spoons finely chopped onions |
12 gherkins |
200 grams cheddar cheese |
In a medium sized bowl pour the cream cheese ( I used Philadelphia). Using a fork lightly beat the cream cheese to get a smoother texture. Add the finely chopped onions and gherkins to the cheese and using the fork blend with the cream cheese.
Add the tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and coarsely grated cheddar to the cream cheese and blend all the ingredients together.
The cheese ball dip is ideal to be served as appetizer during parties. It can be prepared ahead of time, in fact it is better to let it set for at least an hour before serving. Serve with crackers or any dippers of your choice.
